Bleu

Meet Bleu! When Bleu arrived at the Behavioral Rehabilitation Center, it didn’t take him long to discover the joys of being a people dog. These days, he’s all about pets, cuddles and quality time with his favorite humans. Bleu is the definition of a cuddle bug and is looking for a committed adopter who can offer him the patience, love and the support he needs to step into himself.

Bleu is currently thriving in a foster home, where he’s made a best doggy friend — these two love to romp and play! He has been warming up well to new people and is loving the comforts of home life. While he can be a little hesitant in new places or with unfamiliar people, he warms up beautifully with time. Once he does, his playful, affectionate side shines through!

Bleu is a great mix of playful and independent — he can entertain himself, both in and out of his crate, but he’s happiest snuggled up with his people. He is still working on fun tricks and cues, so he’d love an adopter who enjoys bonding through reward-based training. He is also working on his social skills with other dogs. While he can be a bit awkward during play, his foster dog pal is helping him learn!

Bleu would thrive in a home that understands new experiences can be a little scary at first, but with consistency and care, he’s sure to blossom into the loyal, zoomie-loving, snuggle-giving companion you’ve been looking for.
